Welcome to the new "Observatoire des think tanks"

Bienvenue au nouvel "Observatoire des think tanks"

3 février 2013 par Selim ALLILI

We are thrilled to officially announce the change of OFTT’s name to “Observatoire des think tanks” with a baseline that sums up our positioning “think tanks & civil society : because ideas matter”. This change does not come alone. We have decided to strengthen our organization thanks to the support of an international advisory board of well-known scholars, business and NGO people.

The year 2013 will see tremendous changes and new challenges for our organization. In the coming weeks, we will open an official branch with a country representative in one of the most vibrant city in Europe in partnership with a famous university. This will be the first step in our strategy of internationalization.

Indeed, the change of our name is more than just a rebranding ; this will allow us to become more european than ever. In other words, Europe will become our intellectual playground while keeping our french roots.

The new “Observatoire” will continue to provide in-depth analysis on the think tank phenomena and on the market of ideas worldwide. The launch of new events in Europe around think tanks and public policies will maintain the close link between citizens and public policies experts.

Following french and spanish, our website will soon provide articles, essays and interviews in english.

We would like to thank all the people who supported this new initiative.

Long life to the new Observatoire des think tanks !
